THANK YOU for being a part of 2025! In this 144th year of the fair we’re pleased to continue to offer sponsorships that give back in the form of recognition, advertising, meals & event participation.

Sponsorship Policy: Complimentary VIP passes will be distributed to paid sponsors before the week of the Fair. No replacement of misplaced or lost VIP passes. Banners where noted will be provided by the Fair and remains the property of the Fair. Banners will be displayed on the fence along 27 North. Each VIP pass will get one person in the gate and in the Grandstand VIP area. VIP Pass includes catered food & soft drinks available Tues – Sat in the VIP Grandstand area. Additional VIP Passes available for $250 each.

EXECUTIVE EVENT-NIGHT SPONSORSHIP $10,000

(LIMITED NUMBER AVAILABLE)

  • 24 VIP Passes night of event / 16 VIP passes for all other grandstand events – includes gate pass / event access / grandstand pass / food & soft drinks
  • Banner displayed at entrance of Grandstand night of event / under grandstand for all others
  • Designated area available to display “tractors or equipment” night of the event
  • Fence Banner
  • Advertising on sponsor page, full schedule page, scrolling logo on sponsor & night of event page
  • Name announced @ event as the nights sponsor & throughout other events as an Executive Sponsor
  • NEW IN 2025: RECOGNIZED WITH LOGO IN OUR BILBOARD AD (Gaylord / Alpena / Traverse City) – every 1.5 minutes one of several graphics will be displayed during the months of July and August
